CHRIS NEWMAN was the person who convinced me to spend all the money I had in the world on a decent guitar.  I bought a Martin D-35 and played it until 2004.

He is one of the best guitarists in the world: for evidence look for him on YouTube playing at the Kamp Kaufman guitar festival.

Chris tours the world with Irish harpist Máire Ní Chathasaigh.

PETER SARSTEDT was a big influence on my songwriting. I wish I had written his No1 Chart Hit "Where Do You Go to My Lovely?" or the haunting "I Am a Cathedral". Peter has allowed me to use the Green Ginger recording of what he told me is his 'politically incorrect' song "Blagged".

BRENT REECE recorded two of my songs on his Almost Live album. He is a tour-de-force performer who deserves all the success he is getting.

In October 2006 Brent and The Main Street Band received the Humanitarian Award for working with the homeless and helping to open a new medical facility.

LISA BASTONI allowed me to record her song "Ghosts". She is a fine writer. Check out "Rockin' Out" and "I Can Hear You Michael". She also sings with Naomi Sommers in a band called the Gray Sky Girls.
